BACK TO SCHOOL THEME: Day 2, Phone Apps - SCHOOL VERSION!
Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening wherever you are in this beautiful W๐RLD!
Belle Spirit Week Post, Day 2
Thank you for clicking on this blog post Bellers! If this is your first time on my blog here is a little intro for you:
Hi! My name is Belle, I aspire to be a Lyfe Blogger. What I want people to take from my blog is the impact of good things to do in LYFE! I want to help make the world a better place, starting with you! If you feel like emailing me for advice or questions for FRIBELLE, my email is right here.
Now, let's get back to the real blog post!
I am first going start off with an apology. Bellers, I feel terrible for taking that whole week off! The only reason why I did that is that I was volunteering at a summer school ( I still am, but this week will not be as hectic cause now I know the ropes around the place ) and I hate juggling things all at once! I did not want the blog to be all messed up just be not happy with what I am writing. Remeber next week is my last week!
Today is Day 2! I decided for Day 2 we should do a talk through for Phone Apps - SCHOOL VERSION! So, sit back and relax and read my favorite School Apps!
◦ YouVersion - Holy Bible App ◦
I know Bellers, you probably think that the Bible is not something you take to school with you, well I got to say I feel the opposite. My Bible is too big to fit in my backpack so I need take it to school in a more new fashioned way: my phone! If you take your Bible to school with you, you will feel more safe, like Jesus Christ is right next to you. You can read some passages when you feel alone, and it lifts up your spirits.
Another reason why I love the YouVersion app is that it is based on like a social media platform in a way. Everyone is always on Social Media, so why don't we use Social Media to lead people to post the most important thing on social media - the Gospel! This is why I think YouVersion is the best School App there is.
◦ Sworkit/Kids ◦
Sworkit/Kids are exercise platforms I use at school and at home. Basically, they give you different exercise ideas and plans you want to do. You fill in information - for example, why you want to use the platform, to loose weight etc. -, and choose your plans etc.! Sworkit/Kids are apps you would want to use to catch up in Physical Education or to better yourself, either way, I recommend it!
◦ Khan Academy ◦
Khan Academy is an app for - everything school! ( They offer only Math by Grade nothing else by grade ) So far I have finished/doing Physics, Entrepreneurship, Biology, Grammar, Music, Crash Course Social Studies, Art History, Srt, Computer Science, 6th Grade Maths etc.! As you finish tests and instructional videos they give you points and badges! I have 609,652 points, 111 meteorite badges, 27 moon badges, 4 earth badges, 1 sun badge, 0 black hole badges, 13 challenge patches ( Black Hole Badges are he rarest, then sun badges, then earth badges! )!
That makes me want to do school work more and more! You can make your own websites too! Khan Academy offers everything so I recommend for you to try it out!
◦ Power School ◦
What Power School does is that it allows you to see your grades and messages your teachers give you. Basically, it allows you to find out your grades on tests, homework, and your overall grade so you can have like a preview of your report card! I will definitely recommend this app if you're going to try to up those grades!
◦ Duolingo ◦
Duolingo is the app for becoming bilingual at home! I am right now doing Duolingo... ironic right? So right now I am doing French ( I actually already know French I am not that fluent ), and I can't believe it but my French teacher told me that my accent is on point! It keeps you motivated by giving you points and streaks! It is also like a social media platform because you can chat with your friends in the group's section. I really appreciate Duolingo, and I hope you do too!
◦ Tiny Cards ◦
Tiny Cards is another platform from the makers of Duolingo. What I love about Tiny Cards is that they don't just give you the words on the flashcards from the Duolingo course you are learning, but they give you flashcards from other subjects!
I really hope this blog post inspired your new phone apps!
